Private and small group training is designed for athletes who want direct coaching, clear structure, and measurable progress.


Sessions are customized to the athlete’s position, level, and season — with a focus on long-term development, not quick fixes.

WHAT WE TRAIN

Training is built around the complete football athlete:

  • Movement & Athleticism
    Speed, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, durability

  • Position-Specific Technique
    Football skills and movement patterns relevant to the athlete’s position

  • Strength, Power & Load Management
    Field and weight room integration when applicable

  • Football IQ & Awareness
    Situational understanding, tempo, communication, and decision-making

TRAINING FORMAT

  • 1-on-1 Private Sessions
    Fully individualized coaching and development plan

  • Small Group Training (2–4 Athletes)
    Position- or goal-aligned athletes training together with focused instruction

  • Sessions offered year-round
